CAD/CAE is extensively used to design components, assemblies, and products for our Clients.  Designs can range from 2D parts and assemblies to full 3D parametric solid model parts and assemblies.  Furthermore, all 3D components and assemblies can be fully rendered for better design visualization, analysed with material properties, and checked for interferences with other components.  Since the components are parametric, dimensional changes can be made to perform various "what-if?" scenarios.

As with all 2D and 3D components, the data from the design stage can be directly imported into our CAM software packages and subsequently into our CNC machines for quick and precise manufacturing.  All of this technology is supported by a solid, highly skilled design team comprised of engineers and technicians each contributing their own unique design experience and creativity to the project.
